The Principle:

• The improper mounting of the detector and improper arrangement of the rolls will result in unsatisfactory control performance, or will cause wrinkles to the web.
• When planning and aligning the process line, the following described items must kept in mind. If distance is too short, winkles will happened on thin or soft web.
• When needed to correct web position in the middle of the process line, there are two methods to modify the web edge.

Center Pivot Roll Guiding:

• This method best applied to the webs of novelistic materials, or distortions web due to the difference tension of both side.
• The web hardly slips on this guide roll, since there has two 90°wrapped angle. If it is slips, use a rubber coated roll will prevent slip age occurs.

End Pivot Roll Guiding:

• This method particularly good for flexible web. It is available, when location in long distance between entry idler roll and exit idler roll. The assumed pivot of the guide roll rotation be arranged to be long, so turning angle of the guider rolls and the tension variation are lesser, will reducing the wrapping of the web. There have 90° wrap for single roll and 180° wrap for double rolls shown as below.

Edge Position Controll:

• Whenever the film roll is not feeding in order, it could be adjusted by EPC control unit and the film feeding will be corrected to the right position. This system will enhance the productivity of machine and there will provide one set of EPC for each line.

The web can be fed over the TFIA in a 'U' shaped path, reversing its direction of travel, or thought the TRA in a ’2’ configuration .maintaining the same direction of travel. The Principle:

• The TRA is designed so that it swings in an arc laterally, pivoting about an imaginary pivot point located exactly in the plane of the entering web path. The servo cylinder swings the other end of the frame, moving the outgoing web laterally back into the desired web path. Because the TRA correction range is increased by lengthening the span. Therefore the correction angel can be kept small to reduce induced stresses to the level desired. Because stresses can be kept minimal, the TRA can be used to guide within the tension loop on your process. It can be installed successfully on lines handling fragile material such as parchment paper, thin metal foil, or saturated paper even when other guiding methods have failed. It can also be used to make extremely large corrections in the web path, even displacing the shifting unwind, because of its very low inserted stress level.

Center Guide System:

• KMT movable sensor guide systems are used primarily on processes to center the print regardless of web width variations during the process. The system will sense web width variations up to four l4)"inch with moving the sensor or affecting results, an in most cases will eliminate misprint process. Center guide can be used where great width variations. Its uses two air flow sensor each mounted on a nylaguide block and bar support connected to opposite sides of a common cable and two pulley arrangement. A single servo cylinder drive the air flow sensor in opposite direction the airflow censor in opposite direction the airflow sensor.

Turn Bar With Web Guiding:

• The turning bar is used wherever a 90 turn In the direction of the web is required. together with some adjustment of the web alignment.
• The turning bar is installed at an angle of 45 to both the infeed and outfeed direction of the web.
